Spending my Christmas at this hotel was an incredible experience. Two things I loved the most were the spacious room and the friendly staff. the room was clean and cozy, offering a perfect refuge from the cold weather outside. the staff was welcoming and always available to help me with any questions or recommendations. the hotel was conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting, and I felt like I was staying with friends.
the showerhead was broken, and the water pressure was low, making it difficult to take a proper shower.

The hotel was in a great spot, super close to the subway which made it very easy to get around the city. The staff were lovely too, always friendly and happy to help with anything we needed. The room was a good size and had everything we required for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfy which made for a good night's sleep.
Some parts of the hotel were a bit tired and in need of some TLC. The shower wasn't the best, it was quite old and not very powerful.

The location of the hotel was great, very close to the U bahn station which made exploring the city very convenient. the room was comfortable and had all the necessary facilities. the bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and the shower worked perfectly. the service provided by the staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay. the breakfast offered a variety of delicious options to start the day.
